As a real estate lawyer, he has worked closely with Title Insurance companies such as LATIN AMERICA TITLE, representative in Costa Rica of Chicago Title, and Stewart Title he has written articles for specialized publications such as REAL ESTATE SOLUTIONS.
He belongs and has founded several professional and Business associations including the international firm of lawyers LAW FIRM OF THE AMERICAS and it’s referred by specialized companies in the Maritime zone Property, such as Consultora de Proyectos Turísticos CTA
Mr. Blanco is also registered as a Mediator as well as an Arbitrator with the Costa Rican Chamber of Commerce.
